We're TomFit. We make physical health measurable and trainable – with our own training machine, BodyTruth diagnostics, and AI-supported coaching. Built and scaled out of Zürich. We combine hardware, diagnostics, and coaching into a new kind of health training – for strength, stability, back, knees, posture, and longevity. Instead of classical therapy or anonymous fitness, we focus on measurable results: real strength values, identified imbalances, targeted progress. As a small, fast team we run real studios with real members and real machines. We take a pragmatic, dynamic approach to building a scalable health company. We're looking for a physiotherapist who doesn't just deliver care, but helps build it – across member experience, remote coaching, and our training programmes.
What you'll do
- Look after members: run onboardings, BodyTruth checks, and health-oriented training sessions; correct movement and explain results clearly
- Guide members to become stronger, more stable, and more resilient – safely
- Help build our remote coaching: shape the workflows, conversation guides, and quality criteria; run the first remote sessions
- Co-design training programmes: back, knees, posture, bone-loading, rehab, and longevity
- Bring your physiotherapy expertise into the product and the team
What we need from you
- Completed training as a physiotherapist
- Solid understanding of biomechanics and health-oriented strength training
- Enjoy working with people – service-minded and on eye level
- Curiosity for digital tools, new training systems, and fast iteration
- Pragmatic and shaping: you want to help build a scalable health training, not just deliver classical therapy
- Fluent German and English
What we offer
- A real product with real members, real machines, and measurable results
- The chance to help shape member care and remote coaching from the start
- A small, highly motivated team at the intersection of health, diagnostics, and technology
- Room to shape decisions, short paths, fast decisions – on-site in Zürich
If this resonates, please send us a short video (4–5 minutes) answering these questions: What attracts you about helping build a new kind of health training? What are you especially good at professionally – with a concrete example? What is less your strength? Describe a situation where you helped someone become noticeably stronger or freer of pain.
